What is Rooted Together?
Rooted Together is a mentoring ministry for moms who have previously used or are currently utilizing the hosting ministry of New Mercies. The ultimate purpose is to provide friendship and support for women who have expressed a desire to begin a relationship with Christ and grow in their faith.
Path to Mentoring
Do you have a heart for helping women grow in their knowledge of God and the Bible? This ministry may be perfect for you! Mentor-friends are asked to facilitate Gospel-focused conversations and consistently spend personal time in God’s Word as they help guide other ladies in their walks with Christ.
As a mentor-friend, you will be matched with a mom and meet with them individually to go through a Bible study. You will also reach out to moms via call or text to continue building relationships.
To get started as a mentor-friend, simply fill out an application, and select the mentor option. You will then be contacted to schedule an interview with Katharine Wurst before completing the required approval process and training.

You can begin meeting with your mentor-friend at any time during a hosting arrangement or following the end of a hosting.
