Get Involved

When difficult circumstances arise, many people rely on relatives and friends for support. But for some parents struggling to overcome poverty and social isolation, this is not an option. That’s where the Church steps in!

We mobilize the Church to serve the physical and spiritual needs of isolated families.

Church Partnership

Church partners are a key part of New Mercies Ministries. Our volunteers are recruited and mobilized to serve with New Mercies through their local churches, uniting Christ-followers to minister to struggling families in our city. Churches of all sizes are active partners with New Mercies.

Although our church partners are involved at a variety of levels, they all commit to recruiting volunteers, and most make New Mercies a ministry of their church. If you would like to learn more about how your church can get involved, connect with our Director of Ministry Engagement, Navy Schrock at nschrock@new-mercies.org.

Make A Difference

There are multiple ways volunteers can impact hurting families through the ministry of New Mercies. All of our volunteers serve through their local church, and we seek volunteers who align with our vision and statement of faith. If you have a gift or skillset in addition to our main volunteer roles that you would like to contribute, we welcome you to join our team of compassionate and dedicated volunteers! Contact us to discuss.

Community Involvement

We're very thankful for the many organizations and agencies we work with in the community to help support families and keep them together. Interested in collaborating with us? Contact us to schedule a meeting or presentation today!
